Learn the basic history, philosophy and energetics of Yoga
Pranayama techniques and teaching
Meditation techniques and teaching
Understand anatomy and biomechanics and how these relate to teaching Yoga
Effectively cue, modify, and progress Yoga postures
Confidently prepare and teach group Yoga classes with different themes and objectives
Injury management and modifications
Learn basic business and marketing skills to launch your yoga career
Times
10 weekends across the 10-month course – each day starts at 9:00 am and usually finished at 17:00 pm.
Course Investment
Total course investment: €3195 (without the discount)
The course fee includes all tuition, examinations, and a manual/workbook.
Option 1: Pay in full for €400 off. Bringing the total to €2795.
Option 2: Set up an interest free payment plan and spread €3195 over an agreed term. (calculate how many months between now and the end of the course)
